Triple Trends

Three things I LOVE right now: 1.  Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Oat Flour.  Why?  Because it is 100% whole grain, high in fiber (4gm/svg) and high in protein (7gm/svg).  This oat flour is great for a light coating on fish, chicken or veggies!  2.  Dannon Oikos Triple Zero Blended Greek Nonfat Yogurt.  Why?  Because it is low in calories (120cal/svg), low in sugar (7gm/svg), high in protein (15gm/svg), and does not contain any artificial sweeteners.  This triple zero yogurt is very light and smooth for a Greek yogurt!  3.  B Up Sugar Cookie Protein Bar.  Why?  Because it is high in protein (20gm/bar) and high fiber (20gm/bar) while still keeping the calories (180cal/bar) and fat (6gm/bar) in check.  Who doesn't love a sugar cookie?!  FYI:  If gluten isn't your thing, the oat flour and the B Up bar are gluten-free.  

Diets Don't Work!

If we put as much time and energy into our long-term weight management goals as we do into “quick-fix, fad diets” we would all be successful!
