Super Lean Pork Tenderloin


What do I love about pork tenderloin?  Surprisingly, it is just as lean as chicken.  The key is that it has to be the tenderloin cut.  A 4oz serving of grilled or roasted tenderloin provides 120 calories, 2-4 grams of fat and a whopping 23 grams of protein.  Season it with a mixture of 1 tsp of oregano, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp thyme and 1 tsp onion or garlic powder.  The leftovers are great chopped on salads.  This particular one is from Costco and is their Kirkland brand.  What's not to love?
