Steam, Roast and Ready Veggies

When you are in a time crunch, fresh vegetables in a bag are a great time saver.  Steam your favorite vegetables for 3 minutes in the microwave.  I like to use fresh green beans, asparagus, broccoli and cauliflower.  Transfer them to a foil lined cookie sheet.  Spritz with olive oil, and sprinkle with onion powder and fresh grated parmesan.  Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.  Fresh vegetables with a lot of flavor ready in 13 minutes!  What's not to love?! Enjoy!
