Siggi's Yogurt, Tru Roots Quinoa and Old Wessex Oatmeal

Siggi's is a strained non-fat Icelandic style yogurt.  The taste and texture is very similar to Greek yogurt.  Siggi's has 100 calories, 14 gms of protein and 9 grams of sugar.  It does not contain any artificial sweeteners or colorings.  I especially love the "pomegranate & passion fruit" and "vanilla" flavors.  Tru Roots Quinoa contains sprouted white, red and black quinoa.  It is 100% Whole Grain and is a good source of a little extra protein and fiber.  It is easy to prepare and is ready in 15 minutes.  Quinoa is great mixed with balsamic vinegar, reduced fat feta and your favorite roasted veggies.  Old Wessex All-Natural Oatmeal is also 100% Whole Grain and packs some protein and fiber as well.  What's not to love?
