Purely Elizabeth Blueberry Hemp Ancient Grain Granola


A granola that is considered healthy and delicious is hard to find but this one is spot on.  It is relatively low in calories, fat and sugar.  It is made with hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, millet flakes, quinoa, chia seeds and aramanth but minus all of the bad stuff!  It's also gluten-free and non-gmo.  What's not to love?
