Parmesan Cheese Crisps


Parmesan cheese crisps are quite tasty and sold in a variety of brands.  They are a great addition to salads or can be eaten alone as a snack.  I love that they are 100% parmesan cheese without added fillers or carbohydrates.  Each 1 1/2 Tablespoon serving contains 25 calories, 1.5 grams of fat, 3 grams of protein and no carbohydrates.  What's not to love about adding flavor without a lot of calories.  A big plus is the small ingredient list!  Enjoy!
