Oven Roasted Veggies in a Flash


So who says that you need loads of time to each fresh and clean?  If you've got 30 minutes, you've got enough time to get from "A" to "B".  The "A" is the fresh broccoli and cauliflower florets.  Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.  Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.  Sprinkle the florets on the cookie sheet.  Mist the veggies with an olive oil mister and then sprinkle them with your favorite herbs and spices.  Bake for 30 minutes.  Done.  Now you are at point "B".  Yummy oven roasted veggies!  Yes, it really is that quick and easy.  Choose YOUR favorite fresh vegetables.  ALWAYS cook extra to have leftovers throughout the week as salad toppers.  Remember:  NEVER drizzle or pour olive oil.  To save fat and calories use a mister to lightly coat your vegetables.
