Organic Edamame Spaghetti

There is so much to love about this Organic Edamame Spaghetti by Explore Asian Authentic Cuisine!  Hard facts:  It is Non-GMO, Gluten-free (if you are gluten sensitive), vegan and contains only 2 ingredients (organic edamame, water).  This spaghetti has an excellent calorie:protein and fiber ratio.  It contains 200 calories, 24 grams of protein and 11 grams of fiber per serving.  Regular dry spaghetti contains 211 calories, 7 grams of protein and 2 grams of fiber per equivalent serving.  Wow, what a difference!  It has a great flavor and cooks in half the time of regular pasta.  Edamame spaghetti can be used in any dish as a substitution for regular pasta.  Once cooked and drained, I tossed it with fresh lemon juice, parmesan cheese, a spritz of olive oil, sea salt, pepper and onion powder.  It was delicious and family-approved!  What's not to love?!
