No-Bake Energy Bites

I am obsessed with this recipe for so many reasons!  For one, the ingredients are simple and healthy.  Secondly,  the bites are a great source of energy in between meals or post workout.  Each bite contains approximately 100 calories.  Enjoy!


1 cup dry oats

1/2 cup whole flaxseed

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup natural peanut butter (can substitute any nut butter)

1/2 cup honey

Mix all ingredients together. Put in the freezer for 30 minutes.  Roll into balls.  Yield: 20-25 balls.

Diets Don't Work!

If we put as much time and energy into our long-term weight management goals as we do into “quick-fix, fad diets” we would all be successful!
