Target Trends That I Love!

These are just a few "fab food finds" that I love at Target and why:  World Peas Wasabi Chickpeas and Biena Honey Roasted Chickpeas snacks because they provide a nice crunchy snack and are relatively low in calories and fat and high in protein and fiber.  The honey roasted would be a great addition to Greek yogurt!  Elli Quark Creamy German Style Cheese because it is low in calories, sugar and fat and high in protein.  It is similar to Greek yogurt but it has a creamier consistency.  A 6oz. container provides just 80-90 calories, 0 grams of fat and 14-17 grams of protein.  Simply Balanced All Natural Italian Style Chicken Meatballs because they have a great fat to protein ratio; which keeps the calories low.  Also, they bake in 20 minutes directly out of the freezer and are kid approved. Pair it with Barilla High Protein Pasta and your favorite marinara sauce and you're good to go! All Natural Better'n Peanut Butter because it contains 85% less fat and 50% less calories than regular peanut butter. It is made with real peanuts and can be a great addition to your meal plan while still keeping your calories in check.  Archer Farms Shaved Brussels Sprouts because the shavings provide a different texture and take less time to cook.  The shavings can be done stove top in a pan with onion powder, pepper and a touch of low sodium soy sauce.  Jimmy Dean Delights Applewood Smoke Chicken Sausage Links because they contain 10 grams of protein per serving and can be ready in 40 seconds.  They are kid approved and are a great protein source at breakfast.  Archer Farms Moroccan Inspired Quinoa & Kale Blend because it has all the right stuff and can be a flavorful side dish or a great addition to a salad.  What's not to love about these healthy food options!

Diets Don't Work!

If we put as much time and energy into our long-term weight management goals as we do into “quick-fix, fad diets” we would all be successful!
