Diets Don't Work!

Ingredients:
2 mangos, peeled and diced
2 cups cucumber, peeled and diced
2 tsp diced jalapenos (I used canned for a milder spicy flavor)
2 red bell peppers, diced
2 limes, juiced
1/2 bunch of cilantro, chopped
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Taste best when refrigerated 2-3 hours before serving.
I purposely omitted onions and fresh jalapenos. This salsa is mild in spice but not in flavor. It is great as a salad topper, in a wrap or served with a grilled lean protein. It is a great addition to grilled shrimp, chicken or fish. Enjoy!
