Indian Cuisine That is Healthy and Super-Delicious!

Wow! I am so excited about these tasty dishes that come frozen and are ready in a flash.  Many Indian dishes contain a plethora of unique flavors, but can also be quite high in fat.  These 3 dinners are quite flavorful without the added fat.  The Halal Cuisine Saffron Road  and the Ethnic Gourmet Chicken Tikka Masala are both very tasty and each contain approximately 300 calories, 6 grams of fat and 20 grams of protein.  Also, they are both "all natural" and contain chicken raised without antibiotics. The Kashi Indian Tikka Masala Pizza contains 300 calories, 9 grams of fat, 16 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber.  This pizza is vegetarian but still packs the protein!  All of these nutritional breakdowns are hard to beat for such high quality tastes! They are easy, delicious and healthy.  What's not to LOVE?
