High Protein Greek Yogurt Chicken


Ingredients:

*6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

*1 35oz container of plain Fage yogurt

*1-1/2 cups fresh, shredded Parmesan cheese

*salt, pepper and cayenne to taste

 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.  Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray.  Cut each chicken breast in half, lengthwise.  Place chicken on cookie sheet.  Spread the yogurt evenly over all the chicken.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Also, sprinkle cayenne for spicy flavor.  Next, sprinkle all chicken breasts evenly with Parmesan cheese.  Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees then broil for 5-7 minutes or until brown. Enjoy!
