Healthy Pizza for the Whole Family

This is a super-quick meal when life happens and you find yourself in a time crunch. I used leftover roasted peppers and mushrooms, fresh spinach, shredded parmesan and reduced-fat feta. I like to use these cheeses because they are strong in flavor so a little goes a long way. For the kids, I use 2% shredded mozarella and canadian bacon. Canadian bacon is a great lean protein source. For one serving it contains 11 grams of protein with only 1 gram of fat. I used Ragu Light Spaghetti sauce. It is low in calories and sugar. This pizza is easy and bakes in 6 minutes. No time, no problem! You’ve got this!
