Greek Yogurt Pizza Crust


Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Ingredients:

2 6oz containers of Fage 0% Greek yogurt 1/4 cup oat flour

2 egg whites, beaten 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 cup almond flour Italian seasoning, sea salt

Mix all ingredients.  Dough will be very moist.  Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.  Pour dough onto pan.  Spread dough as thin as you can to cover most of the cookie sheet.  Spray spatula or hands with cooking spray for easier spreading.  Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes.  Take out of oven and top pizza with sauce, cheese and toppings.  Decrease oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.  I use Sal and Judy's Heart Smart marinara sauce and 2% shredded mozzarella or light havarti.  Cut into 8 servings.  Nutritional information per serving: 80 cal, 2.1 gm fat, 8.3 gm protein, 4.4 gm carbohydrate, 1.4 gm sugar.  What's not to love?!
