Setting Goals


Choose goals that are realistic and visualize them as habits.  To be successful, your goals must eventually become habits.  Use short-term goals to get to your long-term goals.  Re-evaluate what did not work for previously and decide what you can do to change it.  Change takes time and commitment.  Allow yourself to make mistakes and learn from them.  Continue to move forward and stay positive.  Eliminate the words, "I can't"!  You CAN and you WILL!

Diets Don't Work!


If we put as much time and energy into our long-term weight management goals as we do into “quick-fix, fad diets” we would all be successful!
