Garden Lites Roasted Vegetable Souffle

Now there is an easy, delicious way to add 2 servings of vegetables to any meal in a flash! Each of these vegetable souffle's contains 2 servings of vegetables, 9 gms of protein, 4 gms of fiber and just 1.5 gms of fat.  The protein source is egg whites.  This item is great to keep in the freezer and prepare quickly when you are in a time crunch.  They are all natural and have a great flavor!
