Foods that I am OBSESSED with right NOW...


So you know a food must be hot when 3 people tell you about in one week!  I am referring to PB2 made by Bell Plantation.  This is a peanut butter powder that is derived from peanuts that are slow-roasted and pressed to remove the oil.  PB2 is all natural and does not contain artificial sweeteners, flavors or preservatives.  It has 85% less fat calories than peanut butter.  Two tablespoons of PB2 contains just 45 calories, 1.5 gms of fat and 5 gms of protein.  This a great product to add to smoothies and yogurt for a "peanutty" taste without the added fat and calories!  Next is the Kashi Hummus Crisps.  These crisps are all natural and contains chickpeas and 7 whole grains.  What I love about them is that they are light in weight and therefore 27 crisps equal 1 serving for 120 calories.  Each serving contains 4 gms of fiber and 3 gms of protein.  They are great when we want the crunch without the calories!  Lastly,  the Life Choice high protein bar.  These bars can be found at Walmart and are 190 calories, 4.5 gms of fat and 21 grams of protein.  They are also low in sugar with just 8 gms of sugar per bar.  Real food in its most natural state is always the best way to go, however, that is not always realistic.  These high protein bars are great to carry with you for emergencies!  No excuses!  So what are you waiting for?  Pick us these great food options and give them a try!
