Hope Hummus (Thai Coconut Curry, Jalapeno Cilantro)

Rudi's gluten-free Tortillas (any flavor, I like the Fiesta)

Tandoor Chef Naan Margherita Pizza, frozen section (Eat 1/2 plus salad for a meal)

Seeds of Change Quinoa & Brown Rice or Indian Rice Blend (precooked, in a bag, ready in 90 seconds, great to add on top of salads

Fresh, ground bison (buffalo) meat (great flavor, less fat and more protein than beef)

Wild caught cod fish (cod is super lean, flaky and mild in flavor)

Van's Power Grains 10gm Protein Waffles

Popcorn Indiana All Natural Cinnamon Sugar Kettlecorn  (because sometimes we just want a snack!)

Fresh vegetable skewers (already made and ready to go)

All fresh fruits and vegetables

Applegate Naturals roasted sliced turkey breast
