Flavor up your Greek Yogurt with PB2 and a Banana


What's not to love about adding peanut butter to your yogurt?  Add 1-2 Tbsp of PB2 instead of peanut butter for all of the flavor without the fat.  Next, add a sliced banana.  Top it off with a sprinkle of cinnamon for a metabolism boost and you are good to go!  This is great to grab for breakfast when in a hurry or for a snack when you need the staying power of protein.

If we put as much time and energy into our long-term weight management goals as we do into “quick-fix, fad diets” we would all be successful!
