This dip has just the right amount of peanut butter flavor to pare with red or green apples. Mix together 6oz nonfat plain Greek yogurt, 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter, 1/2 Tbsp "lite" or sugar -free syrup, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and Truvia sweetener (1-3 packs). This recipe is so easy and is a great way to add a little substance to your fruit snack! Enjoy!
