Breakfast, Snack or Dessert? You Choose

This is a great twist on your typical Greek yogurt and fresh fruit combination.  Just by heating the fresh fruit, it changes the texture and taste dramatically.  This dish could easily pass for dessert!  Enjoy!

-5.3 oz container non-fat Greek plain yogurt (I like Fage or Siggi's vanilla)

-1/2 cup fresh blueberries (you can also use blackberries or raspberries)

-Stevia or Truvia to taste

-cinnamon to taste

Heat blueberries in the microwave for 45 seconds.  The heated blueberries will create their own juice.  Add Stevia and cinnamon to yogurt and stir.  Pour hot blueberries on top of yogurt.  I add 1 Stevia and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon to my yogurt and 1 Truvia to the blueberries before heating.

Diets Don't Work!

If we put as much time and energy into our long-term weight management goals as we do into “quick-fix, fad diets” we would all be successful!
