Diets Don't Work!

This soup is super-easy and has tons of flavor! It is loaded with protein and veggies. It doesn't get any easier or healthier than this! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
48 oz. of broth or stock (chicken, vegetable or bone) *I used chicken broth
1 large container sliced baby portabello mushrooms
1 bag fresh baby spinach
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
1 lb bag peeled, raw Louisiana shrimp
1 12oz bag Trader Joe's chicken cilantro mini wontons
Sriracha hot chili sauce to taste
In a large stock pot, add all ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil for 20 minutes until shrimp and wontons are cooked. I added the shrimp and wontons frozen. I also let each person add the Sriracha sauce to their individual bowls.
