About Lori


Lori Gardiner is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s of Science degree in nutrition who has written this simple, no-nonsense book that is a straight-forward path to a healthier lifestyle. Her professional expertise lies in weight loss/management through long-term attainable goals and a healthier way of life. She has had many years of experience in her private practice and one-on-one counseling. Lori was the founder and director of a hospital-based bariatrics program, has written numerous magazine articles regarding nutrition and has appeared on television regarding weight management. She taught at a college level and has held nutrition workshops for graduate students and the general population.
